NEWS: Mediterranean olive growers are anticipating a better than average olive harvest this year, with both yield and quality looking good. This should put a welcome brake on the recent rise in olive oil prices, brought about by extended drought in Southern Spain. In the Southern hemisphere, last year's harvest is keeping well and there are a few exceptional ones!

Subscription is paid annually in advance for up to 12 X 500ml bottles of fresh extra virgin cold pressed, single variety, single estate (wherever possible, and organic) olive oil. The really fresh olive oil will be delivered quarterly immediately after the harvest. The oils are tasted and approved by Judy Ridgway. The Club carefully selects only the finest from around the globe for its Members. You will be able to experience new delights in the olive oil world as only enjoyed and coveted by the locals in each region!

The quarters are:

November, February, May and July

The delivery dates vary slightly according to Mother Nature whom dictates the date of harvest, but will normally be within one month into that quarter. Vis: December, March, June, and August.

After your first year the minimum Membership period is one quarter.

You will also receive the new and fabulous " Olive World Almanac". This loose leaf publication will contain a vast amount of olive world information and will keep you up to date on current harvests. Trail master suspects that olive growers will be after this private publication!
